STORIED SETTING, INSPIRED FARE
COURCHEVEL – A TALISKER CLUB BISTRO
Talisker Club—the only four-club private community in Park City—is proud to bring you Courchevel Bistro, the newest downtown dining and gathering experience. Named for Park City’s sister city in the French Alps, and situated within the historic Coal & Lumber building where Main Street meets Heber Avenue, Courchevel Bistro is a celebrated taste of Talisker Club for all of Park City. The venue features a fine dining restaurant, café/bakery, wine/dessert bar and a Members-only private indoor-outdoor lounge and patio.

“Sharing the culinary influences from my home country of France and the Rhône Valley in a fresh and inventive manner is one of my greatest passions.”
—Clement Gelas, Executive Chef
EUROPEAN-FRENCH INSPIRED CUISINE
THE RHÔNE REIMAGINED
Courchevel Bistro presents artfully crafted, inventive French-European inspired cuisine prepared with only the freshest local ingredients. Imagine the new age cooking of the northern French Alps in wintertime, to the Mediterranean Riviera region in the summers—with Utah’s four-season climate matching the origins perfectly. “Sharing the culinary influences from my home country of France and the Rhône Valley in a fresh and inventive manner is one of my greatest passions,” said Executive Chef, Clement Gelas. “We’re very excited to craft modern adaptations that incorporate seasonal flavors from purveyors who share our commitment to sustainable and local ingredients.”
MORNING COFFEE TO EVENING WINE
AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
The café/bakery, which is found right next door to the fine dining restaurant, offers coffee and freshly baked breads and pastry selections in the morning—and transforms to a wine/dessert bar in the evening. It’s an ideal setting in which to pick up a quick grab-and-go breakfast, meet up with a friend over coffee, or savor an afternoon-evening glass of wine (perhaps a little something from the Rhône Valley).
THE COAL & LUMBER BUILDING
PARK CITY HISTORY, REBORN
Back in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Park City was the center of one of the top three metal mining districts in the state during Utah’s mining boom period. Coal and timber were badly needed resources for both Utah’s growing population and its rapidly expanding economy. At this site and the structure that houses Courchevel Bistro (also known as the Coal & Lumber building), coal and timber were loaded onto rail cars, which made their way to other regions of the state. Although the building has been modernized, Courchevel Bistro still resonates with a sense of Park City history from days gone by.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be offering both our club members and the public a newly reimagined gathering spot and dining experience in downtown Park City.”
—Mark Enderle, Storied Development Principal
EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS ONLY LOUNGE
YOUR PRIVATE MAIN STREET
Just downstairs at Courchevel Bistro is one of the best reasons to belong to Talisker Club: an exclusive Members Only hideaway with ski storage, bar and outdoor patio. Whether its après ski in winter just steps from Park City Mountain’s Town Lift, or easygoing family gatherings in summer, this private hideaway offers what few clubs ever will: your very own piece of America’s most famous mountain street surrounded by one-of-a-kind boutiques, art galleries and exciting community-wide events in every season.
AN ICONIC OPPORTUNITY
ENHANCING THE CLUB EXPERIENCE
The owner of Park City’s private Talisker Club— Storied Development, LLC—had been looking for a venue on Main Street to connect the club and its members with the downtown scene. When the opportunity to purchase the historic Coal & Lumber building presented itself in January of 2018, the company jumped at the prospect. “This structure is such an iconic and enduring piece of Park City history—its acquisition was an opportunity we simply couldn’t pass up,” said Mark Enderle, Storied Development Principal. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be offering both our club members and the public a newly reimagined gathering spot and dining experience in downtown Park City.”
